If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be fully refunded within 7 business days without any deduction.

3. Cancellation Before Project Start
Customers may request cancellation before project work begins. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on any consultation or administrative work already completed.
4. No Refund After Work Begins
Once the project development or service delivery has started, payments are non-refundable because the services involve time, expertise, and digital resources.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction via Razorpay or Easebuzz within 7 business days.
